Difference between Facebook Agency Ads Account and Normal Facebook ads Account?

I'm curious about the difference between Facebook Agency Ads Account and Normal Facebook ads Account.
Why Facebook Agency Ads Account are more expensive than Normal Facebook ads Account.
With Normal Facebook ads Account, the price is 100-200$ but with Facebook Agency Ads Account, price is 1500$ for 500$ daily budget.
I know with Normal account, we can:
- Create as many ads as possible
- No limit budget per day
- Easy to create a Normal account (only need an old fb account, a credit card)

I don't know what's advantage of Agency ads account. If I use Agency ads account, will my ads be easy to approve? will I have some advantages? Because I have to spend 1500$ to get only 1 account.

Please help me clear this.

What do you meant with Normal Facebook ad accounts ?
Are you taking about personal accounts ? or business Accounts ?
Agency Ad Accounts are Ad accounts approved by FB for Legit Agencies to run high budget Ads for their clients
FB has Paused Agency Ad Accounts and its Business Manager Ad Accounts now

Really the agency ad account will give you better spend limits, that is really all.

There is absolute no difference between these two. However Facebook has stop creating ad accounts with separate login. All they are business manager accounts now.

You're right. With account's agency, you not worry about block account. CPC will cheaper, your ads will be approve easier. I know very clearly about it.

So interesting. I think you not ever run ads on FB. If you want selling on FB, you must know it because it's help you minimize budget ads.
