I've got two site, same domain name, different tlds, one is .com other one .net.

On .com have ten articles, some backlinks and my rank is 180.

On .net I have only one page, 6 backlinks and my rank is 134.

Why this happen?

You don't expect both domains to rank on the same position don't you?
You have different content and different backlinks so your domains rank differently.
What is so surprising? The TLDs have nothing to do with your SERP in this situation.

I don't understand why a site with less backlink, less text rank better....

I agree that the TLD is not the determining factor in your case. I have no idea why the .net ranks better, but there are so many other factors at play you may never narrow it down.

If I were to make a guess (and note, it's not worth much given my inexperience), I would attribute it to either keyword density differences or the .net fluked into getting more g00gleb0t attention.

instead of wondering .net or .com why are you only ranking 134? Thats what you need to figure out.

I work on several sites.

Usually I upload a singlepage with short article and try to index the site. When it's indexed I sart build links.

This time I noticed this strange thing happened, so I would like to understand...

Don't know what's better when building site and trying to rank, but this is my method.

There are so many factors that you should be looking at with regards to ranking and not just .com or .net. Plus your site was just indexed so they are going to start at various places depending on the keyword, backlinks, and your onpage factors.
