Difference between buying a 4g Proxy and buying a cheap phone and SIM plan?

I am currently getting all my accounts burned on Reddit... I had been IP banned on wifi, so I bought a cheap alcatel phone with a vodafone sim plan and hotspotted a brand new laptop. It worked well for over 2 weeks until they somehow caught me and banned me again (I think due to AI scanning the text/photos and seeing it was similar to stuff I posted on burned accounts). Now any new account I create on the laptop is shadowbanned instantly again.

Is the 4g sim still okay to use, if I just switch to a different untouched laptop? Or should I buy a new SIM and plan instead? Isn't this better than buying a residential, or a 4G proxy? Since it's only for 1 account...?
