Difference between a fanpage and normal/amusement

Hi everyone,

Maybe im asking a verry noobie questionn. but i still dont know the difference between likes and fans. I mean i know the differentie but what is the best choice, to make a fanpage or a amusment? (a fanpage about?)

To get the biggest network.

Aren't they synonymous?

I mean in order to get Fans doesn't someone has to like the page?

so fans=likes?
