putting an link is backlink , the redirect is like an partially new domain which get redetected to your site as new domain or existing domain

The 301 redirect will transfer the juice/benefits of whatever links the expired domain currently has (with almost certainly a dampening effect) to the money site it's being redirected to. If you were to recreate the site or add a new site to the expired domain and then link to your money site, that would simply be 1 link, coming from a recently expired domain. Scenario 1 is the most desirable.

301 is an HTTP status code used for permanent redirects, while links are references or connections between web pages that can be used for navigation or directing users to other content.

A 301 redirect is a method of permanently redirecting a webpage to a new location. If you choose to redirect the expired domain to your money site using a 301 redirect, it means that when someone visits the expired domain, they will be automatically redirected to your money site.

Thx, yes I meant according SEO. So OK it is 1 link vs linkjuice. So it is best to 301 the whole site either page to page or all pages to main page of money site

A 301 redirect is a permanent redirect from one URL to another. When you implement a 301 redirect from an expired domain, all the traffic and other SEO value of the expired domain will be sent to your paid site.

Place a link from an expired domain, i.e. a contextual link from the home page or internal pages, and when visitors click on the link, they will be taken to your paid site. This is what people usually do in link building to increase their backlink profile, rank keywords etc.

Redirecting with a 301 redirect passes the domain's authority and backlinks to the money site, benefiting its SEO. Placing a link only provides a referral traffic source but doesn't transfer SEO value.

Answer:
* Hyperlink refers to the HTML syntax for placing the link on specific text or keyword. So that on selecting the keyword or text, User can get redirected to the specific mentioned link. 301 Redirection is the way of redirecting a specific way to some other URL.

Technically, the 301 redirection method redirects one page to another page on a permanent basis. Including the link to the money site can drive traffic, increase visibility, and improve search engine rankings.

Some people say to restore the site and then redirect pages that have links to pages that are similar in contenton your money site and all other pages are redirected to the main page of the money site. In this case should one wait until the pages from the expired domain are indexed and then set the redirect?
