Diff between domain registrar

Hi,

I found a good domain to buy, I try to buy the domain in GoDaddy, it said the domain is available but when I try to add it to the cart it gives me a message that I can't buy the domain.
After some investigation including whois search, that return no one is holding this domain, I manage to find it in GoDaddy Action...for a higher price...

I went into NameCheap and I am able to buy this domain there at the regular price...


Any thought about this?

Why do you have 200 posts here, yet your still buying and checking domains via godaddy?
Go with anyone else no doubt, just stay clear of them completely.

Godaddy is notorious for doing shit like that, search for a domain and when u want to buy it is all of a sudden at a higher price or is auctioned

it's weird that godaddy is trying to auction the domain which is already available
go with namecheap

Porkbun, Namesilo or Namecheap, never buy from GoDaddy. Those skanks still charge for privacy...

i always buy domain on namecheap, never had problem, the support is great

If you really can buy that with regular price - go ahead and do that. Do not pay attention on other offers.

That may be a network glitch. You can also buy from other registrars like Namecheap, Dynadot etc
