The death of an ad account is inevitable, but it is possible to limit having multiple accounts die continuously.
 
It depends on many factors, but definitely the first is your product and advertising campaign
 
Don't violate FB terms. But if you really needed to, warmup properly and use a cloaker.
 
Don't break any of Facebook's rules, or cleverly hide it, if running a banned facebook product you need a healthy account

First read the ad policy to see whats allowed and what not to reduce the risk of getting banned. You can also spy your competition with the Facebook ads libary If you didn't knew yet.

Always warm up your accounts with some budget (Just 1-2$) are ok. But never use payment method twice.
1 Account = 1 payment Method.

Best would be If you have aged Accounts with activies at this point. The older the account is the more facebook trust you.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you never should have unpaid balance like fb tries to get money for your ads but they cant get the Money. Thats one of the badest things because you loose Trust.

try to ask the reason about the ban sometimes they might reply giving you an idea of what is happening and they also sent email whit the reason you get the ban this might help you to not get ban every time for the same reason.
 
Please use accounts with old spending history, as it is very strong
 
It depends on whether your content or images violate Facebook's policies, and currently Facebook is scanning a lot so accounts can easily be restricted
 
First you need to choose a healthy account and warm up the account. Then you need to test your campaign and products again.
