I noticed that my comments won't rank even though they have a lot upvotes and they are old around 1h. Anyone has the same problem?
Did Youtube change algorithm?

YouTube hasn't changed any algorithm recently!
Back In 2016, it made substantial changes to its algorithm for featuring videos, heavily favoring Watch Time and the ability for a publisher to get viewers to come to YouTube multiple times a day, etc..
So, the problem is not with youtube algo,
the Problem is with your youtube SEO.

Are you drunk man? he is not talking about rank videos he's talking about rank youtube comments to the top in the comment section
FYI You can't rank comments to the top using only upvotes you need to do something else to push it
