man they had too taking forever to upload now..

I didnt mind uploading consecutively but now since this speed cap ( If i am right ) is their any program out their that can upload concurrent?

I'm not noticing any decrease in speed so it's probably just a coincidence.

I upload my vids from a server peered on a major US backbone and it takes a a couple of seconds... So I don't think they've capped anything.

I have mines on a server and a 800mb file took only a few minutes always and now it fucking like 20 minutes, and it just aint one account on allofthem

kinda defeats the propurse time I waste encoding into mp4 will nullify any speed increase

I upload via a program so my guess is their api

He is asking that if you upload by browser(manually unless you have a bot that uploads through the browser) or api as in do you use youtube api(http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/overview.html). I guess he forgot the last option, http request.
