I remember reading the same thing as well...cb accounts eventually getting "ïneffective" at making sales. I don't believe this is real and I don't think a new account will help you.
The problem is simply low conversions in general, due to:
- scammy products
- people no longer wanting to put their credit card in random websites that don't accept widely-accepted payment methods, like PayPal
- Products on CB being also on amazon, where 99% of people prefer ordering
- People learning more and more to research before buying. Which in 99% of cases will strip you of your commission. Either the product will be exposed for the scam that it really is(and all CB products are scams), or another review site on 1st page of G will steal your commission.
Since conversions on CB are hitting a new bottom constantly, this results in long periods of no-sales, and you find patterns in that (maybe it's my account?).
Naturally, scamming people is becoming harder and harder. So, scammy websites (CB) will continue to go downhill sharply, while non-scammy ones (amazon) will continue to grow. Too bad for the average internet marketer on BHW
