Actually a lot of countries do fireworks on halloween.

Also its a one day thing its gone now lol

Besides that fact that you could change the theme quite easily(you'd think webmasters would be familiar with VBulletin), I find this thread a little rude, we're guests here. You don't go to someone's house and ask the owners if their interior designer was Helen Keller, because that would be a dick move. And BTW I didnt mind the theme.
