did anyone of you had any problems with targeting custom audiences to your posts, FB Ads ... made with users scraping bots?
Because FB states at /legal/terms in 3.2:
"You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Facebook, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders or scrapers) without our prior permission."
How to stay safe with fanpages and user accounts, when targeting. Any tips & twists are welcome (if needed
