Did Twitter just stop the library for non-advertisers?

Did anyone notice that the library URL is gone since yesterday? I used to upload videos through the library, with URLs directly in the video and now its gone.

You can still access it thru Twitter Ads.

How? Can't see how to do it, without finishing and publishing the ad.

You can access the media library from there and put the links in videos. From there you can schedule or publish them. No need to finish the ad campaign.

Can't do anything there, other than finish a campaign by adding a credit card and publishing.

Go to: More - Professional Tools - Twitter Adsl - Website Traffic - Next - Add media. Then under "Choose your media" click on media library. There you can upload videos, put link inside video and schedule or publish them.

Note: I use desktop PC for this.

I just tried accessing Media Studio with Twitter Blue account and it works now: https://studio.twitter.com/library

On non-blue accounts i get redirected here: https://create.twitter.com/

Yes, I did that...but can't publish without adding a credit card. It won't let me launch the campaign without it.

I have a blue account...and get redirected now, anyway. But glad to see it still works for you...might be an issue with my account then.
