Maybe the usage of the word racist and donald trump in the same tweet. And there are thousands of these tweets

My guess would be its not on purpose. People probably tweeted a keyword "racist" and "@realDonaldTrump" a lot in their tweets, and twitter algorithm probably picked up and add it.

True... forgot about that angle. I guess if enough people tweet a certain thing at an account, that's what that account is to the algo
