My French hosting suspended my account for the reason called "phishing". It's just cuz I used those game fake generators.

Yeah, it's written in their TOS but still, I should be informed beforehand as I am running other websites and doing ads. Now I lost in those few hours more than the bucks I paid on the hosting.

Is there any other hosting that does not mind hosting such files? Apparently, NameCheap bans it too but not sure with HostGator.

Just go with some offshore webhosting if you are doing these kind of things.

Why should you be informed if it’s specified without the TOS already, as you just stated
 
Even worse: Bluehost once removed my whole account and didn't give me any access. No warning, nothing. Just removed it. They didn't even let me download the backups. I had to do everything from scratch. 15 websites.

It is the worst possible thing that can happen.
 
The fault is yours because if youre in such a niche you should not have selected their hosting, though it’s a hard lesson it’s time for you to move on and selec a offshore host. Though this is not exactly same but Siteground suspended support for my client be cause he was asking to much questions lol, then the client immediately shifted his Website so yea shift while you can
 
This shit happens all over the place. Literally, all over the place.

Giving someone a few days warning before switching their lights out would be such a better and more humane way to do business.

But it doesn't work that way. Social networks, payment processors, microjob sites, they all just suspend you effective immediately. It's horrible.

Because, and probably just like most of the people, I did not read their TOS. Besides, it's not included in their TOS to suspend the account WITHOUT a warning.

Geez! That must have put you on rage! I have 6 websites, 3 of them on games and stuff. In my case I could still get it back according to their TOS:
  1. In case of abuse, the account is suspended and will be reactivated upon contact with our support department. If an abuse situation repeats itself several times, it may be decided to definitely suspend the client's account without a refund. The client will still be able to recover a backup of his data and transfer it away from his domain.
I have contacted them and waiting for a reply.

The thing is I started promoting Clickbank products and Nutra, then I wanted to try CPA. I think I have read their TOS the first time. Well yeah, shit happens. Luckily, I can still get it back according to their TOS.
 
About 3 months ago i made a website called Free Fire Battlegrounds Hack and i promoted it on reddit and I got banned from 2 subreddits and then my hosting suspended my account for the reason called "phishing" and I checked the terms and conditions and I didn't do any phishing
Nothing is worse than this !

Absolutely! There should be a warning before suspending an account UNLESS it is literally stated so in their TOS, which is not the case. I am running ads and I pretty much lost more than those $12 paid for their hosting, and that's what I literally wrote through a support ticket. Still waiting for the reactivation...

Sadly, we are bound by their terms, which, not necessarily, always being right. If you did not use any generators in your website or any hacking tools and stuff, then why would they ban it? just for the word "hack" in the domain name!
