They might be crap. But people like well crafted crap with bow ties on it. Thats what this is, defiantly takes time to do those videos, but those are the kind that are probably going to be the first style replaced by ai, as everything is just distorted object movement and camera angles. It might already be done with an ai who knows, lol just shows that even with the crappies SEO strategy, you can do well, lol

You should check some articles about this channel. Maybe you will then understand why people are watching him. But yes, he is still getting insanely high views which is breaking the algorithm and is not normal at all.

Youtube is popular with Gen-Z and Gen-Z like crap, crappy videos, etc and hence the views for crappy videos are high and hence Youtube nowadays boosts crappy videos and hence to grow a channel, mix in some crappy videos too, but ofcourse without violating Youtube's policies.

One of these videos has more work than the entire channels of most people here. There is a lot of production here. Also he just lucked out finding something that went viral and he can replicate it as much as he wants and keeps working. This is why SEO is useless compared to having a real goldmine like this.

I know those types of videos are not for me, but maybe kids find it interesting funny, entertaining but since the videos are short 1 or 2 minutes are easy to watch no dialog or subtitles pure random images on a video and because is weird can get your attention and because is 1 minute you don't feel you waste your time, believe I just watched like 5 or 6 before I notice I was opening more.
