If the average PR of a BMR post is 2, that is actually quite good because you have no other links on that page. So the link juice is very high.

Nope, the domain has the PR and the page where your link is on is...pr N/A.
My buddy actually msged them yesterday asking about whether the links are pr links and this is the exact email response:

BMR is a blog network - homepage has the PR and links would be from inner pages.So no, these links aren't "heavy" in any way.
