Did The Ewhoring Section Disappear?

I was looking for the Ewhoring section but couldn't find it. Did it disappear or am I just overlooking it?

And what about all the discussions about if ewhoring is illegal...mods you guys couldnt have added your 2cents......

ya im curious about that too, the cs thing. juju is right on, there are other sections that go by that definition of fraud. tons of methods, tons and tons in this forum.

but hey, ewhoring became less profitable for me as soon as l*ec became c*u and got big on bhw.

still though, kinda unfair about the whole targetting that section instead of all sections, oh well such is life.

btw, ewhoring is not illegal, someone earlier said it was. it could be considered fraud, depending on how someone pushes it. but if pushed properly its not considered fraud nor illegal. technically, all sections and methods could be pushed illegally or fraudulently.....

just out of curiousity, what is the definition of blackhat? now im totally confused LOL, thought blackhat was twisting the truth... which is considered fraud as well.

Wow, using the definition of provided above you could make the argument that the following are illegal

- fake popup IM windows from chicks that are down to f*ck
- "you have been selected to win a free ipod"
- any sort of weight loss and teeth whitening offer.. - it's obvious that you didn't get ripped in 3 weeks...
- anything advertised as being "free" that actually isn't - i.e. bait and switch which is considered to be fraud.

Shit man, that covers like 75% of the most popular ads.. But yeah, removing the e-whoring section doesn't bother me. Like luckykitty said, less competition.

Agreed. I mean what strikes me as odd is that these sections existed for quite a while and many mods participated in them by regulating threads, organizing them, etc (not blaming or pointing fingers) - I also recall seeing quite a few threads questioning the legality of the activity but since there was a TOS on the landing pages (Ew) almost everyone agreed that EW was not illegal and so the discussion was dismissed ....

It is now however (well over a year since the inception of such threads) that the whole thing explodes in our faces and we are told it is illegal... well, it is good to know but just as others have said I thought that slightly misrepresenting things was the blackhat way ... see the weight-loss, free ipod examples above...

I think it is time we got the term "Black Hat" redefined....
 
So what's next the CL section? Guess I should be making sure I can contact my PVA suppliers off forum for when that day comes. I'd ask if their are any other e-whore forums but I'm sure that'd just get me and others banned, off to search I go I guess....
 
It should have been moved to JrVIP or higher access. Another DP forum in the making.

... also all downloads here are all illegal aren't they?

By definition, E-whoring, job ads, real estate methods, etc, they're all illegal.

However, the chances of you getting into legal trouble is less than 1%.

I say take the risk.

The subforums were only removed to make BHW look better.

Another DP forum in the making? No way. DP is comprised mostly of Indians. We're mainly from the U.S. and UK.

Less competition? Yes way.
