Did someone break into my AOL account?

I had this happen at least once before
many months ago but thought nothing of it...
It's an email I never use anymore, I guess
that's why ..

I got an email when I opened my Safe-Mail account
from once of my AOL accounts ..

It was sent to many many people that are
on my email list for that account, and I
don't know how it got sent....

This is only thing attached but do not open it
unless scan is on cause I just did and my AVG
blocked a threat..

Can you tell me what it is and how it got sent? ..
