did research have a couple eBay stealth questions? Right now from what I understand this is what I need to do.

1. Need to get a PO Box.
2. Need to get a cheap prepaid phone.
3. Need to get a gift card V/MM. Register using fake name, PO box address, and prepaid phone.
4. Change My IP in my case since its dynamic just reset router for at least 5 min. Then double check to make sure it changed.
5. Set up email using fake name and PO box.
6. Set up new PayPal account using fake name from above, number from prepaid phone, email from above, gift card from above, and PO box address.
7. Set up eBay account using same fake name from above, number from prepaid phone, PO box address, gift card from above, and PayPal from above.


There is a question I have I know I am going to need to get a bank account to transfer funds out. Is there any bank account that wont require me to use my real name? Some people said some thing about Chase because you can do it online?

are you planning on using the account legitimately? (meaning you just got banned because of a mistake you made)

if so, start a new business with the above details you mentioned. This is legally a separate entity from you, and will allow you to get a bank account and everything in the companies name.

Yeah I plan on being 100% legit I was top rated on everything except one area I was off by .07% from being not below standard. I had over 3500 feedback 99.5% positive very upset that I lost all that over .07%. Its actually even closer now because I had some extra feedback roll through. I don't need to be able to transfer out tons of money so if there is another simpler alternative. That would be better. I am just one person doing this.

None of the big banks care about you getting deposits in different names than your own. BoA, Chase, Citi, WellsFargo all work. You can take your pick. Stay way from smaller banks though. They will mostly likely give you problems.

What Panther28 mentioned is also an option, but I wouldn't suggest doing that right away if you're new to stealth. You'll likely make lots of mistakes in the beginning (we all did, don't worry about it too much) and the last thing you want is to have spent lots of time and money on opening a business, only to have your new stealth suspended.

And btw yes, you have a good plan on how to create an account. Just make sure if you're using a PC which you used to access another ebay account before (whether the account is banned or not), delete your cookies and flash cookies (use CCleaner), and make a new user account on your computer and only access your new stealth from there. Also, if going the PO Box route, definitely open a PO Box at a location that participates in "street addressing" - basically it's a relatively new program that allows you to use your post office's street address (and add on your PO Box number), which makes it look more like a suite instead of a PO Box. You'll be able to receive packages from UPS and FedEx that way too.

my buying on my other account is not banned so i plan using my one computer for my new stealth account and my other pc for my other ebay account for buying stuff so that way i wont have to go to the PO box all the time.

Be careful with that because it sounds like you'll be accessing two different accounts from the same location. There's nothing wrong with that, but make sure you have a plan to frequently change your IP address and keep logs as to which IP you use for which account.

Even if you change your IP now, if you log into both accounts with the same IP address they'll be linked and your new stealth will likely be suspended.

Like Panther28 says, a business entity solves all these issues and you don't have to worry about IP addresses.
