did my site get slapped ?

I have a website i have been rankin for the last 2 months . Before 2 days ago i was tracking 5 kws and one of them was ranking on first page. Yesterday all of my kws hit first page .
When i woke up this morning all kws i was tracking went down to position 100-250

I have had kws drop and then few dayas later they would bounce back stronger but always just one kw at the time not all of them like now .

So whad do you think ? Is it the normal google dance or is this somethig else ?

I have no messages in webmaster tools regarding any penalty..

Seems like a very large variation in rankings to be just a dance... from the top 20 spots, I generally only dance +/- 5 spots.
