Did Meta complicate the ads dashboard intentionally?

It's this complication that makes business owners seek the help of agencies and it's the agencies that advertise FB ads as a great way to increase sales.
Sounds a bit crazy, but maybe the bad user interface is actually more profitable than a good one?

I didn't find it complicated. It's simple and easy to go, yes it's a little cozy now because of different features added to it.

Not in my opinion. You may still be able to get by without an agent if you're skilled and experienced enough. Simply put, finding agents makes our work a little more convenient.
 
It might look complicated because Meta offers so many features. But the process is very simple once you understand what you’re doing.
