Oh yeah. Pretty sure. I also bought like months ago but never received. Start dispute in PayPal or they will take money somewhere else.

Dunno man. I bought from 3 places but never received any. When I started PayPal dispute mofos disliked my videos a lot.
Look in the marketplace, its easy to get refund here.

I got a friend who bought from them and the same happened to him, also the site has some bad reviews if you search online. Sorry about that.
