umm yeah i send an application to Machinima to join there network never thinking they would accept me a day later and i got an email from youtube saying Machinima would like to join its network so does this mean im partnered with Machinima its seem to good to be true can some fill me in on this thanks.

Writing your post in not-black (I have to highlight it just to read), and using basic punctuation and capitalization, would really help here.
That said, Machinima isn't that hard to get partnered with, so seems perfectly reasonable? Why are you partnering with them though? Unless you're uploading game content or music covers, there's no good reason to partner with 99% of networks.
Last - how would anyone here know whether you got partnered or not? I'm confused...
