Did I just get algorithmically penalized?

I logged into serpbook to see the attached SERP drop. The site shows up when I type in site:<sitename> and there's no warning in WMT. My site is not overoptimized onpage but I accidentally pushed my main keyword anchor density to 14%. Did I just get penguin'd?

Seems like manual penalty and WMT doesn`t always show warnings and penalties.

Welp, that's a good 6 months of work there. Anything I can do now or should I just 301 it to a web 2.0 for link juice and start over? It's a typical 30 page affiliate site

First of all , you need to stop the panic right now, Second, I'd recommend you to wait a week or two before doing anything to your website.

Thanks, I'm already planning on sitting back and watching for a week but I need to start preparing contingencies. This site was my main focus and bringing in a good couple hundred a month
