Did I get shadowbanned? help me understand

Shadowbans usually come down to sudden IP/device changes, aggressive follow/unfollow rates, or recycled metadata/video hashes. Try taking a 48-hour break, clear app cache, and post original content on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to see if engagement resets.
 
the 48h break part is mostly forum myth tbh, sitting idle doesnt reset anything on its own. real check is log out or use another acc and search ur username and the hashtags u used, if the posts dont show up there its an actual restriction, if they show but reach is low then its just the content not getting picked. also be careful with the wifi to mobile data switch, thats an ip change wich is one of the things u listed as a trigger urself
