did i find a golden nugget? lol

Ok I'm new to making niche sites so i started to do keyword research in a niche i'm passionate about. So i did some digging with market samurai and traffic Travis i got what seems to be a great result. Although i might be naive here so feed back is welcome.

So one key word is the one that I'm liking now the thing i find weird though is that AWCPC and SEOV in market samuri is so much higher then other key words. this are the stats SEOT 137 / AWCPC $32.97 / SEOV $4507.04 and according to traffic travis the SEO competition is only medium difficultly.

This is the weird part because the second best key word stats are SEOT 167/ AWCPC $4.79 (huge difference) / SEOV $800.31 and according to traffic Travis the seo competition is easy.

Did i find a golden nugget lol with the first key word or is there something important I'm missing. I can also use the second key word with the first key word.

* other details
- the number on search for the first key words domain is a exact match to the key word and is an e-commerce store selling products related to it.

id say take the emd as soon as you can
write your own content considering your passonate about the niche this wont be a problem
make into a authority site
explode your earnings

well the exact domain is already taken and the number one search on google has it currently looking at different domain options. I just hope the info above is correct according to traffic travis and market samurai

...all those tools are great and all, but almost everytime i stumble upon a "golden nugget" after i finished the work. My point is, you will only know once you finsihed your site and you see traffic coming, and maybe people search for something completely different, or conversation rate on your site will be a keyword you havent even thought about...

medium easy hard doesn't say much, looking at ms numbers tho i'd look into emd for your second keyword and test how that keyword does. but before that you can also calculate KEI (Search volume squared/competition) for both words, by hand + GAWKT, or with seo powersuite rank tracker
