Bruh, use mobile proxies. You can see here in 'Proxies for Sale' section.

Instagram does not only see your IP and Location to detect your coordinates, It uses tons of fingerprints and ways to know where you are. Some of them could be your IMEI, Proxy, Sim etc.

Ok thanks for your advice I'll buy a proxy

Use dedicated mobile or residential proxies for better location consistency. It might cost more, but it helps avoid issues like showing activity from the wrong country.

I'm not sure about Instagram, but for TikTok, you'll need a residential proxy.

It sounds like Instagram or TikTok might be picking up on location mismatches, even with your VPN and GPS changer. TunnelBear isn’t the strongest option since it can leak data, and if your phone still has a SIM from your home country, that could be exposing your real location. Also, apps store past data, so even if you switch locations now, they might still link you back. Try using a high-quality mobile proxy instead of a VPN, remove your SIM while logging in, and clear app data before you open Instagram or TikTok. Checking for leaks on ipleak.net can also help. If all else fails, a fresh device or emulator might be the cleanest fix.

i used tunnelbear
This. Instagram can bypass VPN connection. The safest way is using a mobile proxy. No need for GPS spoofer in this case because they will get your location based on your IP, so best is to disable GPS altogether.

You need proxy to operate this not vpn,and use your PC to register the acct first before use on your mobile to include some additional features.

There is flaw in set up. Somewhere , your current location is lacking.

Using a specific location doesn't mean that all your likes will come from that same place. I also receive likes from a few other countries, even though I don't post content related to them.

Wait, so if I’m using a tier 1 account (let’s say Norway) in a 3rd world country (India) on 4g, is that a red flag? Do I actually have to use mobile proxies from the country where my account is registered in?
