No they just say they are down and are working on it on the support forums. Every half hour or so theyll post another update telling absolutely nothing but generic "we hope to resolve this soon"...awful communication

Hostgator have turned shit the last 6 months or so. I switched to hostwinds lately and they've been 10x better. No downtime and immediate support.

It would take me an entire day to move all my shit. I will write support when this is all over requesting a few months free service or I am gone to another provider. I already pay an over inflated price to use their servers. They best comply to my request. I pay more in server fees than mortgage payments. Now with no income for the day.

This is funny because hostgator costs me like $40 a year or something and is down right now, but the other host i use that costs me only $5 a year works.

Yea I can confirm this. All my websites are down, only one is loading which is at least taking 5 minutes to load!!

My sites were down for several hours, but they're back up for now... I'm think I'm gonna switch. The lesson is that you should try to spread everything across multiple hosts.

Yeah ever since they were sold they are not the same. Last time that happened, I moved to LiquidWeb. Happy so far.

Sites are up now. Cost me about 475$ in revenue. I already contacted support for a credit of 500$ on my account for next months billing. If they fail to comply I will look for other hosts
