Did hostgator shit the bed for anyone else?

This is fucking annoying. All of my dedicated boxes and shared accounts are down. Every damn one. There is a 30 min wait time on chat and their phone support seems to be similar. Losing a fuck load of traffic and money atm. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yep my sites are all down and Ive been waiting over an hour, I cant seem to access there chat at all. Hostgator are getting worse by the day, there up time has been terrible lately!
 
I am still up with my shared but my reseller is down yeah might be time to mosey down that old dusty trail
 
All of my shared hosting plans are down. Been in line for customer support for 68 minutes now.. I was JUST about to upgrade to a dedicated hosting plan but I am now having second thoughts. Can anybody recommend a good dedicated hosting provider? I was looking into Godaddy

Yep all my HG sites are down (shared)..shit is ridiculous. Putting all your eggs in one basket is no joke lol :\
 
SerpBook's hostgator dedicated servers are all down too.
 
I have more than 200 sites down, email servers are crippled. Their customer service numbers arent even working, nor is their online chat.
 
Yup, down for me.
Not got all my sites there but most are...
Waiting game now.
 
I wonder if this is a new years virus attack on the cloud. Any thoughts....
 
Thanks to this thread I realize my dedicated server is down. 3rd time this month.
 
They've been such a pile of shit for me. Over the last 3 months I've had less than 99.9% uptime so I'll be contacting them about a full refund.
 
How long are they going to be down this time? Any guesses?
 
well I'm finishing for today and celebrating new year hopefully everything's back to normal tomorrow.
 
My sites are down. Multiple sites spread over 2 accounts.
Got PPC campaigns running too :headache:
