Did google remove my manual penalty ?

Hi i got a manual penalty 1 week ago and submit a reconsideration request after i tried to fix it, and today when i check my google webmaster dashboard on manual action there is no warning anymore, but no reply from my reconsideration request. is it normal ? did they really took the penalty on my website ?

yeah i can see my website in google now, btw, i got the thin content penalty.

You should receive reply from Goog when they review your reconsideration request. Also they don't deindex sites hit with thin content penalty (at least IMO)
