Did google change something in webmasters?

I just noticed that all my backlinks shown inside google webmasters have decreased (in some cases from 1.4k to 400 bl) and on other website from 600 down to 5...
And some SERP movement, which wasn't really in my favor. Anyone else that has this problem ?

A lot of people reporting this now, this could either be a bug or google limiting our data.

I doubt they'd limit our data any more then it already is. They want people to use the tool. It's probably just a hiccup with the tool. Bugs happen. .
