I dont' know if anyone is experiencing the same thing but some of my brothers sites PR has dropped but all of my sites stays the same, did google already do a page rank update as of May 2011? Please share, thank you!

I have not seen updates on any of my sites. Usually there is a fairly large announcement and it's all over the web. Since they just did one a few months ago and it isn't a huge factor anymore, I would be very surprised if they did another one.

PR? What the fuck is that? Seriously though, why are you bothering with pr? Are you selling links or something?

Otherwise pr is a complete waste of time.

Some of my sites update PR without a PR update. I'm not PageRank expect but I'm just sharing my opinion. So I don't believe that you need a Page Rank update that is Google-wide. I honestly don't know why it matters if they did it or not. Plus PR isn't valued as stated above.

I haven't noticed any PR updates on my sites... moreless, as it was already mentioned earlier it's not needed if you don'r sell links or domain.

you might find that some places give you a better pay rate for ad placement with a higher PR

I don't know so many have this attitude towards PR. You could make a nice earner selling 10 links each on 10 different PR5-6 sites. Plus, I personally think it's a benefit for image/authority. Whenever I check sites and blogs, first thing I notice is PR, and if it's 0, I get the impression it's either brand new or junk. PR5 gives an authoritative first impression.
