Did anyone else get this email from ebay?

During a recent review of eBay Partner Network publisher accounts and site metrics data for clicks your account drives to eBay.com, we determined that the traffic generated from your account is significantly less engaged with the eBay site as compared to the standards set by our other affiliates. While we appreciate your efforts to drive traffic to our Advertiser sites, we do not think that it is mutually beneficial to further our business relationship at this time. As a result, we will be expiring your eBay Partner Network account in 7 days and we request that you remove all of your eBay Partner Network affiliate links by that time. Payment will take place as per the Network Agreement for any traffic driven to eBay Advertiser sites prior to the expiration date of August 27, 2008.

One of our account managers will contact you if a more appropriate business opportunity arises to work together again in the future.

ppl living in Asia seems quite hard in getting an US campaign approved for EPN

then at least you can make a/cs much more easily.. Read up the threads (on making EPN a/c).. The info there is pretty detailed.

I just got this message as well.I have a 12-13 epc so I cant see how there are issues with my traffic quality.Ebay you should really take a moment to review your actions.I made 110k last year from ebay alone.I will say this strictly without haste.If you do go through with this ban I will take my partner with me.They all make similiar income as I do so your taking a hit of at least half to three quarters of a mil per year.Get it together ebay.My patience will not last long....

Half to three quarters of a year is chump change to Ebay. I mean with millions of items listed and sold per day.. and the fees from buying/selling.. that's like less than a day's profits to them. Its sick.

I also got this email today. if ebay is going to be like this, why even have an affiliate program?? its rediculous!

While it was my biggest source of income, it's not that big of a deal. Time to figure out what else works and exploit it.

I still have another account so hopefull that doesn't get shut out.

I did have a fucking low EPC, it was like 1.30. Maybe I won't worry about getting too many clicks with my other accounts. haha

I got the email too. So basically they are saying I have 7 days to hit them up for as much money as possible

thats the way I read it applebutton. I am wondering if we were bringing home to much money for the month?? did that red flag it. anyone get the email and make under $500 for the month? I was about 3X that amount for last month

I'm at a few thousand per month with epc of around $25. I'm all whitehat (no stuffing) and I have not yet received the letter (knock on wood). This is the kind of shit that prevents me from leaving my day job.....total bullshit.

Thats right, I never would rely only on one income source, like Ebay, Google, etc. because they can shut you or your business down from a minute to another.
