Dial Up. What is the Best Service with Multiple Ips?

I just started using dial up in order to change my ip. I have been using net
zero. Problem is, they are switching off between only 4 ips. That's it! Anyone know which dial up is best to use? I need way more ips than that. Faster would be a plus too. I know dial up sucks, but trying to avoid buying proxies. Any tips? Thanks in advance.
