Ok, so here's my new SEO/im/Backlink plan diagram for an eCommerce site I've recently launched... Version 2.0, the old one can be found via below link.

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ation-method-ecommerce-site-diagram-poll.html

As in my first thread, I've never used any of these tools, I'm only experienced in on-site SEO, and everything in my diagram is in the theory stage. All information in the diagram has been mostly collected from the generous contributors here at BHW, so thanks to everyone.

My plan is to avoid any Google penalty at all costs through link diversity and quality content.

I'm looking for any sort of input/criticism/advice than anyone would like to give before I start to roll out this plan. Thanks for your time.

Everything looks great to me. My only concern is there is just so much you have in there, will you have time to actually accomplish all of it? I know the tools can automate most of the timely tasks, but you still have 3 tiers to build out and focus on your sites conversion rate/on-site issues.

Also, you'll probably want to add in SEO PowerSuite to monitor your sites progress. The rank tracker is good, and they also have one for comparing against competitors for keywords.
Lastly, lots of proxies. You'll probably need 15-40 (private dedicated) to account for scraping, speed, reliability and avoid google timeouts. Also a recaptcha solver (like deathbycaptcha).

You're right, there is a lot. As I mentioned I don't really have any idea of how long each part takes. My plan was to build it up tier by tier over a few months, does this seem realistic? I will be working on it myself 6 hours/day. I will rather employ someone to help with the work rather than reduce the plan.

Rank Tracker looks good, I've added it to my list of software to get. I wasn't too sure about proxies so thanks for confirming that, added to my plan.

    I appreciate the response!

Don't add (the same few) videos to tier 1 posts - If you do that then you may as well just link up all the tier 1 posts and create a linkwheel. Also try and fit in a few guest posts on blogs related to your site, other than that it looks good, but maybe build up to that over a few months - try doing 1 or 2 of each for the first month or so and then gradually build up - Going full out from day 1 isn't realistic.

I usually try to rank for KW's with my Category pages instead of my main page, have you thought about that? Also, I think a little heavier on the low OBL, high PR blog commenting won't hurt you.

I was thinking that about the video. But I got the idea from a fellow BHW member who said this was the most important part of their tiered link building strategy. But what you explained also makes sense. It seems better to me to keep it separate as there's too many similar connections otherwise, as you say.

    Thanks

Yes, keywords are something I'm still struggling to figure out and still researching. And thanks for the advice, I'll add it in.

If you have any type of budget you can get a couple of VA's from right here on BHW that can take away some of the headache. You can get 2 part times VA's (one content/one seo) that have most of the tools already for about $75 per week. Get the content va to build out web 2.0's for you with unique content, get the seo va to senuke/article directory/bookmark your tier 1 web 2.0's and then you can focus on content on the site and guest posts, then get the seo VA to backlink your guest post links...

It will even give you more time to work on press releases or social media like facebook.

Your link text diversity doesn't add up to 100%
You can increase target keywords to 20%, variations 20%, and keyword and brandname 20%;take 5% from generic and 15% from companyname/domain

This is really helpful, and has opened up a solution that I haven't yet considered. I'm more than willing to pay that sort of price to have this done by someone else. I look into it a bit more.

    Thanks a lot!

    Home Page:
This looks good, I suggest you get an VA for using the tools and beware of anchor text usage I would keep it below 30% and keep 70% as root domain url and brand name

Noted, thank you. Could you advise on the best place to find a VA (and what VA stands for)?

This is now my link text diversity:

25% contain generic anchors, for example:

20% contain company name and domain, for example:
    Visit yourdomain.com site
    Click yourdomain.com

15% contain route domain and brand name

    10% contain target keywords

15% contain a variation of target keywords

15% contain a variation of target keywords & brandname
