DHL problem! CHINA to USA

It's been a long time i didn't use DHL.
Last month i tried toship with it .
But i notice that it takes a lot of time for the tracking number to work....
Sometimes it shows' shipping information received ' and it don't move for like 6 days.
Can you guys tell me what's wrong.
And how can i know real dhl rates from china to usa

That happened to me too. Waited 3 weeks. I think there was some problem in Hong Kong with flight, so it had to be delayed. Never happened to me before either.

Did you ship through DHL directly or through a forwarder?

Packages get stuck on customs or in sorting facilities more frequently these days than even just a year ago. It appears, since the pandemic started, the delivery chain wasn't able to fully recover yet. Some packages arrive in time, while others don't.

It can be a capacity issue too. I noticed, you started this thread not too long after 11.11, which is basically Black Friday in China, so capacity issues can occur. For instance in the US after the Black Friday week, on Cyber Monday UPS wasn't picking up packages from Nike and other big retailers.
