that guy is just leeching proxies from forums using Forum Proxy Leecher... it says so on his /get_proxies.php page

forum proxy leecher was made by my good friend terry

its just a proxy leecher nothing more, if dexter proxies
is leeching the urls from forum proxyleecher then selling
on those proxies via his download tool, that is his right.

but i guarantee you this, there wont be 1k 1.5k or 2.k
Google passed proxies, not today tomorrow or next month
if hes using scraping urls from forumproxy leecher

maybe a couple of hundred no more, and i bet if u take 1
of those lists load it into scrape box, i bet theres a few hundred
CN china proxies in there. china proxies show google pass
but dont scrape.

Yeah, I agreee with proxygo that at anytime there are no more than few hundred of Google valid public proxies scraped from programs like FPL
and those expire damn fast as everybody uses them!
