This seller has a thread offering his services of selling cloud accounts. I have contacted him via PM in order to buy a Digital Ocean account, I sent him a PM confirming my request, he confirmed that he had it, he asked for $520 that I sent it to him, then he asked for another $100 for the account, I accepted the offer and sent it to him, a total of $620. He confirmed that he recieved the total amount. Waited for 24 hours for him to deliver that he failed to accomplish.
I trusted him because the first sale of Linode account was done successful.
Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have informed him of openning a dispute if he didn't get me a refund for my funds, he's not replying to my PM.
What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I want a refund, getting my money back and we are good.

I'm sharing more details per requested that would help the case.
We were chatting in is his Telegram account that's posted in his original thread: https://t.me/bulkcloudstore. But the real deal was done on BHW PM.
He asked me that his supplier has increased the price from $520 to $620 and asked for another $100 to complete the purchase. The BHW PMs is showing that I have sent it to him and he confirmed that he received it.
For the last $100, Binance has applied a 24 hours hold on it for protection, so the funds were on hold in his account, the funds has already been sent. So he asked me to contact Binance support to accelerate and release the hold, and this is my conversation with Binance Support that I'd like to share on the attached files.
No screenshots was taken by me with our chatting, he also has deleted the whole conversation on Telegram once the 24 hours hold has been released automatically and didn't got online since then, neither been online here on BHW since the day of the purchase, he's not responding even to mods.
