it can get flagged for a multitude of reasons mostly such as spamming/faulty proxies/security concerns. you'll know for example when your posts get deleted with the reason of being flagged by reddit's filters. check your account quality at r/WhatIsMyCQS/ by posting whatever

what if i hard reset my device should it works again whitout getting banned or flagged

It might help, unless the one that is really banned is your ip address, hardware id, or router/ISP

in my opinion hard resetting your device wouldn't do much more than just clearing your cookies. No reason not to try though, you can get back with the results

When Reddit flags your device, you’ll usually notice signs like your posts disappearing instantly, votes not registering, or new accounts getting shadowbanned right after creation.
