Development of automated posts and location services

I am currently developing another Instagram but that will hopefully allow the user to like follow comment on posts. As well as be able to automate the posts and search on location. However after getting the basics coded I am now struggling with how to automate posts and search for location without using Instagrams API. This there anyone that has experience in this area that could shed some light on my problem.
