developing "white pages" website

    hello,,i baught a domain name similar to whitepages.biz but in an other language,,the average local searches for this exact term in this country is 5 million monthly!!
    how can i develop a site for white pages and outrank original white pages owned by "yellow pages" in thiis country?
    and what's the best way to monetize such traffic?

    thats going to be pretty hard man ... if not impossible if yellow pages or white pages owns the rights to those kwds.. .

    yes, check the legal issues first if the name is the same, I got some legal crap come at my house some time ago just because I had a domain name with part of someone's name in it that had nothing to do with them or their niche, but still they though I shouldn't... and yellow pages has the money to do that easy

    what can yallow pages do?i live in third world country,,can yellow pages still make me headaches?what are the risks?

    do they have a site in your language, if so they might have representatives there...is there no law concerning this in your country? You should contact a local lawyer at least, or ask for advice on a legal forum from your country for more exact details

    i don't think they have representative here,,,if the trademark is registered in a country,can they still do something as i live in an other country?

    If that "other" country has trade agreements with the US or any of the major trading partners, Yes they can and will.
