Developer - Google CTR AND UX

Hello! As the title suggests, I am looking for a developer who can create a custom bot for CTR and UX manipulation of web pages. I am specifically interested in someone who has done this before and understands the technical challenges involved. I have a manually proven method that can be scaled and automated for small-scale use (not suitable for heavy affiliate CTR manipulation).
Please, don't come with BS as Selenium
