Develop the Instructional Videos (Large Project)

I'm seeking someone:

- who is expert at "cloning" the instructional videos from other sites
- spin it to make it unique, using my company's theme/images
- add English subtitles to every video.

There will be around 16 videos that need to be developed.

Pay for each completed professional video is negotiable.

The video links from other sites will be provided to the right person.

Requirements:
- Yahoo, Google or Skype IM (PM or email your IM details, not here).
- Native English, with impeccable spelling/Grammar/Speaking skills.
- Your portfolios.
- Should understand the domain names/domain registrar services.
- Being a good BHW citizen.
