Develop a Tool to Automate Google Searches

I need a tool that will search google for a keyword and then click a random link. I also need it to send the searches through proxy servers. Ideally I should be able to load a list of public proxies that it will randomly use for each query. It seems that this can be done via Zennoposter or uBot. Anyone have a tool like this already I could buy from you? If not, anyone interested in building it for me? PM me if you're interested.
