Hello!

It there any website / guide how to determine real domain cost?
I tried searching at BHW, but only threads where ppl were asking for their domain worth came up.
I couldn't find anything useful on google either.

Is there any thorought guide, please?

No tool can determine the real value of a domain.

Found www.siteprice.org, isn't it at least a bit accurate? (sorry for link, not my page)

If there is no tool, how can I determine that myself?

There's no magic formula on pricing your website. The real worth is based on many factors such as your website's traffic, revenue, competitors, niches,...and the market you're joining. However the most factor I see that is depend on your customer need. If you find a right customer then you can flip it with very high price, or you need to wait and in some cases it's not worth at all.

I have not seen any official tool determines the value of domain names. I often evaluated based on the indicators in SEO to assess.
