Destroyed my ranking with a sitemap, Help?!

Hey guys i have an important question.
I'm running a little minecraft / gaming site that automatically creates an new
profile page (where you can check your skin and download it...) everytime someone checks their ingame name for the first time on the site.
So there are about 4k sites...

My problem is, i added a sitemap a few days ago and now i completely destroyed my ranking for the main keywords...
Is there a way to fix it or do i just have to wait till google starts increase my ranking again? Please help me

Sitemap can't destroy your ranking. On Page SEO gives you ranking buddy.

But after i added the sitemap to my website google and bing has knocked me off the front page...
Maybe its because they think it is spam..

A sitemap is a file that you can submit to google webmaster tools for example where all your posts and pages are listed. Why

So if I understood correctly you submitted 4k new pages to Google via sitemap?
Every page with a link to the main page?
That means you blasted 4K links in one day to the main site with the same keyword?

Its time to hit McDonald's, mate. That site is dead.

What i meant is that on my Website you can type in your ingame username and then you will be redirected to the profile on my Website for example if you are on the homepage and you type in your username you will be redirected to homepage/skin/USERNAME. So everytime somone types in a username and the username doesn't already exists in my datebase it will create a new page/post with all the information that i collect from different api's. And after about 4 months after creating my website i already had about 4k usernames in my database what means there are 4k profile pages with information on it on my Website. Now a few days ago i added a sitemap file to my site with every profile in it so that google can easier find every profile and rank it in google but now my ranking is broken for google and yahoo (bing still ranks my site). Is there any way how i could get my site back to rank on google?


btw if you search for the main keyword and go to the last page on the google search there is a text: In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 227 already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included. and if you click on that link my site apears on the first page again.
