Desperated with my site

Hello,

I created a site on 2010 and working on it for 3 months to fill it. I created a small bots to grab 1000 posts from another site and put it to mine with a different template. I see that it was not working, Google doesn't want to increase my position. So I dropped a few months and never visited again.
On day, I changed templates and continue updating it and 1 months later, you know What? I was on FIRST PAGE on my main keyword... 1 months later FIRST POSITION!!!

EVERYTHING was working like a CHARM! Since google ban my site (illegal niche )

Last year I created another site, with another domain and an updated database (but same niche). I am trying EVERYTHING to take my position back but NOTHING I wonder if my site is penalized because I was on page 6, some days later on page 4 and now I am on a random page (sometime 8 sometime 7, sometime nowhere)?
If my site has been penalized how can I know? What can I do?

This is some infos:

I use Wordpress with a premium Template for my niche.
I use Yoast as SEO plugin
After 7 months of stagnation I tried to buy some link on Fiverr but nothing happened.
I have no "Manual Action" on GWT
At the begining, I manually subscribe my site on some directory and put some manual comments on ********

I noticed that my main competitors that are on first page are not indexed on main index but on a page ex: smthing.com/indexed-here/


Did I make a mistake somewhere? I am desperated

If you scraped posts from another site, then google probably sees your site as all duplicate content and it won't rank you for that. I would suggest getting original content.

Stay away from Fiverr gigs and try the marketplace here on the forum. Also, dupe content, really?

Yes dupe content but it's not just this. I scrape a simple sentence of 3 lines, I add my own stuff on it... Why it was working on my first site?

In fact, it is like I scrape one resume from IMDB and put my embed code and some other information etc... I don't think it's this because, all my competitors scrape same information from the same site

As others have said - duplicate content. I'm surprised your site is still indexed.

1. Duplicate content = no rankings
2. Spamming your site(Fiver gigs) = no rankings

What ever you have change. Original content is work for long. ​
I think Google not ban for illegal niche!

Its clear by know that duplicate content always gets you in trouble. Try to invest in unique and quality content. Because that will always drive great rankings.

As long you are using duplicate content it won't matter how you would make backlinks it won't rank.

Wow google banned it. If you managed somehow to monetize than you should be worried about it. Did you read the TOS how did you even got banned ? Which niche ?

Duplicate content and fiverr backlinks? I wish making money online was that easy!

I sign under this.

Fiverr = junk. There are people selling Hitleap junk as "real traffic" and have 1000+ positive reviews. These are all inexperienced webmasters, who else would expect 1k real UIP's/day for 1 month for 5$
Fiverr is good to sell junk, do not buy there.

To duplicite content - Google is best company in terms of indexing any kind of content (just upload some Lady Gaga video to Youtube and it will show they are 100% sure it's copyrighted, and it show that they where sure in 2nd second of video, if you heavily whitenoise audio and blur the video, they will know in 0:30).

There's no way 100% duplicite content (indexed later then "original content") on "no authority" website will be considered legit by Google.

How is possible that ALL MY competitors have the same contents that scrape on original source ??

I know i was banned because i desapeared from the result and received some DMCA on GWT :/

The duplicate content is what killed ya here. Try to create unique content that'll draw attention to users. Google wont penalize you or ban you for it either.

Never forget the first rule of google: content is king
