Desktop IP changer every 30 Seconds

Hello Experts.

I am in need of desktop IP changer randomly tested / being used currently.

Used many trail software but not working. not proxies but a builtin software.
Expert suggestions please.

If you have a hidemyass account you need to download previous versions of the software which had an Ip changer based on the seconds you wanted

I'd be interested to learn why rotating proxies won't do what you need? Seems like a solid solution.

Some Internet providers provide rotating IP on rooter restart, but he is clueless how to do it

Rotating proxies are good but on browsing am redirected to CAPTCHA verification and never works.

Not true.
Am subscribed user with hidemyass and IPSharkk.
My requirement is online as well as desktop.

Am opening emails from my desktop. on clicking it opens [not browser] and need to get new ip and location. using this for email warming.

Any expert suggestions ?

The cheapest way is to use tor.
The downside is that it's very slow and captchas will be everywhere.

One simple/stupid question: have you considered using Proxyfier with the proxychains feature (this will require you to manage your proxy list manually).
