designing web headers

Hi , Guys I am basically not designer but more of a coder , recently while setting up a blog , I realized that I have a hard time designing website header or banners, So I needed your suggestions on any good forums for graphic design , I am looking for a smiliar forum like BHW where people share but only there its all about money making ideas .

Also anybody having any graphic pack for headers or stuff like that ....

would love to have your suggestions guys .....

1. Deviant Art - under their resources, Photoshop, you will find TONS of great files, including headers, brushes, vectors, PSDs
2. Vecteezy.com has a lot of good graphics, including headers
3. psdfan.com tutorial9.com psdtuts.com all have great resources, forums, etc.

Deviant Art can solve your problem. It has plenty of stuff that you are searching for

For my design projects i use deviantart

is easy to use , they have an forum and the community is great
